We had our project training in Malawi from 7.5. until 14.5. 2022! We had a really good and productive training which we did in a hybrid form, because some of the participants couldn’t join us in Malawi, so they were with us on ZOOM! During the week we did some individual work on development of national activities and we were discussing about usage of the coaching instruments in youth work. We also did a presentation of the activities and a plan of implementation by each youth worker.
During our training we visited some youth organizations and had some discussions about ways of involving young people in the youth organizations structure and did some workshops for establishing and managing them. At the end of the training we did an evaluation of training (organization, quality of the program, methodology), learning effects of training and follow-up activities and granted Youthpasses to participants and personal description of the effects of training
