On 12 August 2022 4Youth event was taken place as a part of the International Youth Day celebration in the town of Pernik, Bulgaria.
The event was organized by the Municipality of Pernik in cooperation with the Youth Policy Advisory Council and the International Youth Centre – Pernik.
It was opened and welcomed by the Bulgarian Minister of Youth and Sports Vesela Lecheva.
